校企共建食品检测生产性实训基地研究——以石家庄职业技术学院为例

生产性实训基地是高职教育实践教学的重要组成部分,其建设内容包括实践教学课程体系、检测实训项目开发、跟岗实习管理制度、考核评价体系、实践教学队伍和校企文化整合.通过它实现了校企双方在制度、标准和评价上的"三对接",学生跟岗实习的"四真实"和校企合作的"五融合".

The practical orientation is an important aspect of the foods and drugs, whose classes are performed in project-based manner. Moreover, a proper assessment and evaluation system should be estab lished with the enterprise culture. Likewise, school-enterprise cooperation with standardized evaluation can be realized.
