禽腺病毒血清4型吉林株的分离鉴定与遗传变异分析 被引量:6

摘要 对吉林地区送检的疑似禽腺病毒感染样品进行了分子流行病学调查,并对检测为阳性的样品进行病毒分离鉴定,共得到61个I型禽腺病毒流行毒株。对hexon基因进行的PCR扩增,获得长度为1414,1786,1670bp的基因片段。通过测序分析发现,吉林地区禽腺病毒流行毒株基因型由B型变化为c型,血清型4型。根据同源性分析结果显示,本次获得的3个分离株与禽腺病毒4型标准毒株ONl株的核苷酸序列相似性较高,达到了99.1%。 Inclusion body hepatitis and hydropericardium syndrome in chicken were mainly resulted from adenovirus type I with high morbidity and mortality. Since May 2015, severe outbreaks of hepatitis-hydropericardium syndrome (HHS) associated with the infections of fowl aviadenovirus (FAdV) have emerged in broiler chickens in several Chinese provinces,casuing a significant losses to the poultry industry. In this study,we conducted the molecular epidemiological research for the samples which were suspected of being infected by aviadenovirus and the positive samples were tested through the isolation and identification. Finally we obtained 61 plants of epdemic strains of adenovirus type I. The gene hexon was amplificated and obtained the length of the gene segments were 1 414,1 786,1 670 bp respectively. Through the analysis of sequencing, the epdemic genetype of aviadenovirus were changed from type B to type C,serotype 4. The outcomes of the homology analysis indicated that the nucleotide sequence of three isolated strains were highly similar to the strandard strains of aviadenovirus serotype 4, up to 99.1%.
