宁夏地区牛源金黄色葡萄球菌毒力基因和大环内酯类抗生素耐药基因的检测及诱导耐药 被引量:8

Detection of virulence genes and resistance genes to macrolide antibiotics and inducible resistance among bovine Staphylococcus aureus in Ningxia

摘要 采用PCR技术对231株牛源金黄色葡萄球菌进行7种毒力基因及2种大环内酯类耐药基因的检测,同时运用双纸片法即D试验对31株耐药表型为红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感或中介菌株进行诱导耐药试验。结果显示:在231株金黄色葡萄球菌中,99.1%(229/231)的菌株检测到毒力基因hla,97.4%(225/231)的菌株检测到毒力基因hlb,98.3%(227/231)的菌株检测到毒力基因dya,且同时携带hla、hlb和cz危等3种毒力基因的菌株占45.9%;毒力基因pvl、sea、seb和sec的检出率分别为1.73%(4/231),27.7%(64/231),29.0%(67/231)和5.6%(13/231)。介导大环内酯类抗生素耐药的耐药基因msrA、ermC的栓出率分剐为55.3%和67.5%。红霉素诱导克林霉素耐药的阳性率为90.3%(28/31)。结果表明:宁夏地区牛源金黄色葡萄球菌毒力基因检出率较高的是hla、hlb和cz危,毒力基因的组合较复杂,耐药基因msrA、ermC的检出率也较高,并且诱导耐药阳性率所占比例较高。 Seven kinds of virulence genes and two kinds of macrolide resistance genes of 231 strains of bovine staphylococcus aureus were detected by using PCR. and inducible resistance experiment of 31 strains of bacteria that were resistance to phenotypes but sensitive or intermediate to clindamycin was carried out by double slip method(D experiment). The detection rate of virulence gene pvl,sea,seb and sec respectively was 1.73% (4/231),27.7% (64/231),29.0% (67/231)and 5.6 (13/231). The detection rate of resistance genes rnsrA and ermC mediating macrolide antibiotics resistance was 55. 3% and 67.5% respectively. The positive rate of resistance of clindamycin induced by erythromycin was 90. 3% (28/31). The detection results indicated that the detection rates of virulence gene hla, hlb and clfa were higher among bovine Staphylococcus aureus in Ningxia. The combination of virulence gene was complex quitely. The detection rate of resistance gene msrA,and ermC and the proportion of positive rate of inducible resistance were also high.
