摘要
根据霍煤铝扁锭公司熔铸厂开发生产大直径7075铝合金圆铸锭过程中遇到的锌含量偏析问题,就7075铝合金锌含量的炉前预分析、铸造过程中流槽取样分析和铸锭切片分析之间存在的偏差进行数据统计分析,并进行科学的总结,制定出适合本公司生产7075铝合金圆铸锭的锌含量的内控标准,指导生产并确保了7075铝合金铸锭切片检验锌含量结果 100%的合格率。通过批量生产中验证制定的内控标准的可控性,减少了切片检验量,提高了检验效率,降低了检验费用。
Zn segregation appeared when Inner Mongolia Huomeihongjun Aluminum Slab Co.,Ltd. developed and produced large-diameter 7075 Al alloy round ingots. The statistic analysis of the data regarding the a. m. problem has been conducted on the deviations among the pre-analysis of Zn of 7075 Al alloy before discharging,the analysis of trough samples in the casting process and the analysis of ingot slices. The inner control standard of the Zn content in Huomei's production of 7075 Al alloy round ingots was established after scientific summary of the analysis results. The standard is a guide to production and ensures 100 percent of pass of the Zn content result in the slice test of 7075 Al alloy ingots. Controllability of the inner control standard has been verified in the quantity production. As a result,quantity of the slice test has been decreased,the test efficiency has been raised and the test cost has been reduced.
