摘要
试验研究了铸锭晶粒尺寸、热轧粘铝、终轧温度、冷轧加工率对1050铝板带材表面白点缺陷的影响。并通过扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)进一步研究了白点缺陷的形成机制。针对白点缺陷产生的原因提出了对应的预防措施,经生产实施后白点缺陷的改善效果明显。
The investigation has been carried out on how grain size of Al ingots,Al pickup in hot rolling,finish rolling temperature and total reduction of cold rolling influence the white spot defect on the 1050 Al sheet strip surface. The formation mechanism of white spot defect has been further investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope( SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer( EDS). According to the causes of the white spot defect,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward,reaching great effect in production.
