铝材热轧过程中轧辊产生的粘铝对最终产品的表面质量会产生很大影响。随着阳极氧化铝板带、罐体料、罐盖料、拉环料、PS版铝基板、CTP版铝基板、铝箔坯料等产品对表面质量的要求越来越高,必须对热轧铝板带的表面质量严格控制,而工作辊清刷辊对热轧铝板带表面的影响变得越来越重要。

Aluminum stuck to the roller brings great harm to the surface quality of the final product in the hot rolling process. As higher and higher surface quality is required for the anodic oxidized aluminum sheets and strips,tank materials,cover materials,pull-tab materials,aluminum PS plates,aluminum CPT plates,aluminum foil blank and other materials,it is necessary to strictly control the surface quality of hot-rolling aluminum sheets and strips.Thus the scrubbing roll of the work roll becomes increasingly important on the surface of the hot-rolling aluminum sheet and strip.
