摘要
在股骨近端手术中为能方便快捷地定位股骨颈轴线,提出利用局部形态提取的股骨颈轴线定位装置设计方法。首先获得股骨数字模型,然后对股骨模型提取重构股骨近端骨面形态作为个性化的定位器配合面,同时提取股骨近端特征——股骨颈轴线,最后用CAD设计软件完善整体设计,并分析定位装置最大安装误差,验证方案可行性。为具有复杂形态的骨骼手术辅助器械设计以及个性化方案制定提供了新的思路,有利于降低手术对医生临床经验的要求,减少术中可能发生的不必要的医源性损害。
To fix position of the axis of the collum femoris conveniently and quickly in proximal femur operation,a new method based on local shape extraction is used to design the collum femoris axis locator. Firstly,femur digital model is acquired. Then,the local shape of proximal femur shape is extracted and reconstructed,which can be used as the personalized mating face of the locator. Meanwhile the axis of the collum femoris is also extracted. Finally,the entire locator is designed by CAD software and the installation errors are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the locator. It provides an effective way to design the surgical instruments and develop the personalized solutions,which will be helpful to reduce the experience requirement and the probability of the unnecessary iatrogenic injury.
