摘要
由于水轮发电机定子线圈空间形状复杂,其设计和修改的工作量较大,因此提出基于骨架和知识模板的三维参数化设计。对知识模板的模板库进行分类,分为标准件模板库和结构件模板库。通过对此种设计方法流程的研究,提出在系列化产品设计中模板应用的设计规范。研究了骨架设计技术,与模板库设计技术融合,实现结构件的参数化驱动与快速调用。对某类水轮发电机定子线圈的模具进行知识总结,并在快速设计中进行验证,大大提高了设计效率。
As the complex space shape of stator coil of hydrogenerator and the difficulty of design and modification,a knowledge template based and skeleton based parametric design plan is proposed. The template library of knowledge templates is classified,which is divided into standard parts template library and structure template library. To research the process of this design method,a design specification for series products is presented. Design based on skeleton technologe is studied. Though introducing skeleton and template,the rapid design of structure template parts is realized. Based upon summarizing the design knowledge of a stator coil of hydrogenerator die,the experiment shows the design is practical and effective.
