摘要
在中国创新发展的过程中,企业家对企业的促进作用日渐凸显,这为研究中国特色的创新道路提供崭新的研究视角。以民营高科技上市公司数据为研究样本,实证检验了技术背景CEO对技术创新与企业绩效的影响以及作用机理。研究发现,技术背景CEO可以有效促进民营高科技企业的技术创新水平,这种促进作用体现在企业研发投入与专利产出的增加。进一步研究发现,技术背景CEO与技术创新对企业绩效的提升效应显著。这为研究技术背景CEO的创新驱动作用提供了实证依据,也对民营高科技企业制定创新战略提供重要参考。
In the process of China＇s innovation and development,the promoting effect of entrepreneurs to enterprises is becoming more and more obviousl. This provides a new perspective for researching on the innovation road with Chinese characteristics. In this article,the data of private high-tech listed companies are studied as samples.The empirical test has been made,technical background CEO has an effect on technological innovation and enterprise performance. The study found that technical background CEO can effectively promote the technological innovation level of private high-tech enterprises which this promotion is reflected in the increase of enterprise RD investment and the patent output. Technical background CEO and technological innovation have a significant effect on Enterprise Performance. This provides an empirical basis for the research of the innovation driven role of the technical background CEO,and also provides an important basis for the development of innovative strategies for private high-tech enterprises.
