胃癌肝转移和肺转移长期生存一例 被引量：1

A case report of long term survival of advanced gastric cancer with liver and pulmonary metastasis

摘要 患者男性，67岁。主因间断上腹部不适，伴黑便3个月于2011年4月12日就诊入院。查腹部CT（图1）：胃贲门处包括胃小弯和胃大弯处胃壁明显增厚，肝胃韧带肿大淋巴结。胃镜检查：胃贲门部病变，病理活检确诊为胃腺癌。
