巾被织物的高效间歇式前处理

High efficient batch pretreatment of towel fabric

摘要 巾被织物采用高效精练剂MFB、高效稳定剂F-PL、高效螯合剂MSD等助剂实现了高效间歇式前处理加工。优化的工艺为:坯巾浸轧冷堆工作液(MFB 6 g/L,MSD 1 g/L,F-PL 3 g/L,NaOH 12 g/L,H_2O_224 g/L,消泡剂1 g/L)→堆置(2 h)→高温高压吊篮式煮漂锅或高温高压溢流机二次复漂(以浴比1∶4实施半缸工艺练漂,精练剂TRL 3 g/L,NaOH 3 g/L,H_2O_25.4 g/L,100℃处理30 min)→高温水洗→除氧酶除氧→水洗。结果表明:采用优化的工艺加工,烧碱和双氧水用量分别减少60%和20%,综合化工料用料成本降低28.1%,每吨毛巾节水4 t,节约蒸汽16.7%。每缸缸内加工时间缩短90 min,冷堆时间由18 h减少到2 h。该工艺加工的巾被织物,白度达83.5,毛效达13 cm/30 min,强力仅下降7.2%。 By using the high efficiency scouring agent MFB, high efficiency stabilizer F-PL, high efficiency chelating agent MSD and other auxiliaries, high efficiency batch pretreatment of towel fabric has achieved. The optimized process is towel padded in cold pad batch solution (MFB 6 g/L, MSD 1 g/L, F- PL 3 g/L, NaOH 12 g/L, H202 24 g/L, defoamer 1 g/L)→batching-up for 2 h→2 times bleaching in high temperature and high pressure basket type scouring and bleaching pot or high temperature and high pressure overflow machines (bathing ratio of 1 :4 for semi cylinder process of scouring and bleaching, scouring agent TRL 3 g/L, NaOH 3 g/L, H2O2 5.4 g/L, 100 ℃ for 30 min) →high temperature washing →deoxidizing enzyme deoxidization →washing. The results show that using the optimized process, the dosage of caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide can be reduced by 60% and 20% respectively. The cost of comprehensive chemical materials is reduced by 28.1%, the water saving of per ton towels is 4 t, and the steam saving is 16.7%. The processing time in each cylinder is shortened by 90 min, and the cold batching-up time is reduced from 18 h to 2 h. The whiteness of the treated towel fabric is 83.5, the capillary effect is 13 cm/30 min, and the strength is only 7.2% lower.
