摘要
文章介绍了汽车级绝缘栅双极性晶体管(IGBT)在新能源汽车高压系统中的广泛应用,通过对搭载车型、电池电压、电机功率细分后,分析了目前功率半导体应用中存在的差异,对未来的汽车级IGBT发展提出建议。
Automotive - grade IGBT for high voltage system of new energy vehicle （NEV） is introduced. The differences of power semiconductors are analyzed by comparing with vehicle platform , DC - link voltage and e - motor power. Suggestions are put forward for automotive - grade IGBT development trend in the future.
