摘要
为解决某车型正碰过程中燃油箱固定机构失效问题,建立了某车型燃油箱在64 km/h偏置碰撞工况中的模型。应用SPH方法有限元模型,分析油箱固定机构失效过程,发现油箱脱落主要是因为油箱绑带从安装孔中滑脱。针对此原因制定了相应的优化方案,在有限元模型中证明效果明显,可以有效解决油箱脱落问题,并进行了整车碰撞试验验证。
In order to solve the problem of the failure of the fix structure of the fuel tank, a model during the 64 km/h offset deformable barrier crash is set up. Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics method is used to analyze the failure of the tank fixing structure. Because the colligation band of the fuel tank slip from the fix hole, the tank separate from the main structure. Proposals to optimize the problem are put forward, and results show that the proposals are effective to prevent fuel tank disengagement.
