文章通过在样车试制阶段运用质量功能展开法对问题进行归纳分析,引入稳健设计及正交试验的优化设计方法,提前验证设计方案,并找到最优方案,达到节约开发成本、缩短开发周期和提高开发效率的目的。

Through the method of quality function deployment, the issues on vehicle of trial production stage is summarized and analyzed. Using the optimization design method of robust design and orthogonal test, design can be verified ahead of node and the optimal scheme is found to achieve the purpose of saving cost, shortening cycle and improving the efficiency of development.
