发动机曲轴摩擦功仿真分析与试验研究

摘要 文章在研究了发动机摩擦功分解试验的基础上,建立了曲轴摩擦功预测的仿真模型并与测试结果对比,验证了模拟方法可靠。对影响曲轴摩擦功的几个因素分别进行了对比研究,最后还模拟了发动机实际工作与分解摩擦功试验时曲轴摩擦功的差异。 A crankshaft FMEP prediction simulation method is described based on engine friction teardown test. According to the comparison with test data, it is validated that this simulation meth- od is credible. Some studies have been done and the comparison about crankshaft FMEP between engine normal working case and friction teardown case is simulated.
