摘要
传动系抖动是整车常见的振动问题,结合某车型整车加速抖动问题,研究抖动产生机理,以及液力变扭器减振性能、整车速比匹配、传动系惯量匹配、换档策略优化对传动系转速波动的影响,确定变速器输出转速波动开发目标。最终通过优化变速器主减速比以及换档策略,改善整车抖动性能,试验验证效果良好。
Driveline vibration is one common vibration issue on vehicle. Considering the vibration issue of one vehicle while accelerating, this study focuses on the influence of torque converter damping performance, final drive ratio, driveline moment of inertia and shifting strategy on driveline speed oscillation. Through the study, the development goal of transmission output speed oscillation is set. Finally, by optimizing final drive ratio and shifting strategy, the vibration issue is greatly alleviated.
