摘要
为分析新能源汽车政策的有效性,建立2020~2030年中国新能源汽车市场的系统动力学模型。在综合考虑可操作性和有效性的基础上,将新能源汽车政策分为优先政策组合、推荐政策组合和选择性政策组合3种政策组合,研究结果有助于为2020年后的新能源汽车相关政策改革提供建议。
To analyze the effectiveness of new energy vehicle policies, a system dynamics model of the new energy vehicle industry in China from 2020 to 2030 is developed. Based on the comprehensive considersion of the operability and the effectiveness, new energy vehicle policies are classi- fied into three policy mixes： priority policy mix, recommended policy mix and selective policy mix. Suggestions are provided for the EV - related policy reformation after 2020.
