发动机在运行时会遇到缺少机油的情况,为了研究该情况出现时发动机的振动特性,人为模拟了发动机少油运行并对发动机进行振动监控。运用了加速度测量和阶次分析方法,结合对受损零件的解析,对试验过程进行总结,作为今后故障判断的依据。

The engine is possible to encounter the lack of oil when it is running. In order to study the vibration characteristics, the engine lack oil running is simulated and the engine vibration is monitored. Using the method of acceleration measurement and order analysis, combined with the analysis of damaged parts, the characteristics of the test process are summarized as the basis knowledge for future fault judgment.
