工艺参数对激光熔覆断屑台稀释率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用脉冲激光在高速钢刀具前刀面制备熔覆凸包断屑台,进行了铝合金切削实验,用体视显微镜观测熔覆凸包,分析了电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲频率、离焦量等工艺参数对熔覆材料稀释率的影响规律,设计正交试验并利用极差分析确定了各工艺参数对稀释率的影响程度。结果表明:激光熔覆凸包断屑台车刀具有良好的断屑效果。随着电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲频率的增加,熔覆材料的稀释率逐渐增大;而随着离焦量的增加,熔覆材料的稀释率逐渐减小。激光工艺参数对稀释率的影响程度依次为电流、离焦量、频率和脉宽。 The laser cladded chip breaking dot on rake face of HSS turning tool was fabricated with pulse laser cladding technology. Turning experiments of aluminum alloy were carried out. The laser c|added chip breaking dot was observed with stereo microscope. The influence of the processing parameters including current, pulse width, pulse fre-quency and defocusing amount on dilution rate of cladding material were analyzed. The orthogonal experiment was de- signed and the influencing rank of parameters on dilution rate was determined by range analysis. The results show that the turning tool with chip breaking dot has effective chip breaking ability. The dilution rate of cladding material in- creased with the increase of current, pulse width and pulse frequency. The dilution rate of cladding material decreased with the increase of defocusing amount. The influencing rank of laser process parameters on dilution rate is current, defocusing amount, pulse frequency and pulse width.
