摘要 本文针对工程中经常需要对多个转动体之间的角度关系进行实时测量的需求,设计一款新型基于光纤光栅传感器的角度测量系统,通过对设计的角度测量传感器机构简化力学模型及光纤光栅传感基本原理、应变传感原理和温度补偿原理的分析对本文设计的角度测量系统的工作原理和性能进行了理论分析,最终通过实验方法对角度测量传感器的量程、分辨率、灵敏度、迟滞、重复性以及精度进行实验测定。验证了本文研究的光纤光栅角度测量系统能够满足相应的工程需要。 According to the project often requires real - time measurement requirements of multi rotation relationship between the body angle, a new design of measuring fiber grating sensor based on the angle of the system, working principle and performance measurement system designed in this paper based on the analysis of the design of angle angle measuring sensor mechanism and basic principle, a simplified mechanical model of fiber grating sensor the strain sensing principle and the principle of temperature compensation of the theoretical analysis, finally through the experimental method of angle measurement range, resolution, sensitivity, hysteresis, repeatability and accuracy of experimental determination. It is proved that the FBG angle measurement system in this paper can meet the needs of the project.
