摘要
[目的]开发一种新型农用杀线虫剂。[方法]基于"中间体衍生化法"进行试验研究。[结果]室内毒力测试表明:对卵毒力平均值IC50(mg/L)为8.92,对J2毒力平均值LC50(mg/L)为16.91,与噻唑磷相当;大田试验平均防效约为67%,优于阿维菌素和氟吡菌酰胺,与噻唑磷相当。[结论]与主流杀线虫剂相比较,三氟杀线酯具有低毒、安全性高、持效期长且与噻唑磷无交互抗性的优点,具有良好的应用开发前景。
[Aims ] Development of a new type of pesticide for agricultural use. [Me thods ] Based on the method of′intermediates derivation′, the experiment was carried out. [Re s ults ] Indoor toxicity test showed that the average value of toxicity to eggs was 8.92 [IC50(mg/L)], and the average value of toxicity to J2 was 16.91 [LC50(mg/L)], which was similar to that of fosthiazate. The average anti-effect of the field test was about 67%, which was better than that of abamectin and fluopyram, but which was similar to that of fosthiazate. [Conclus ions ] The new nematocide trifluorocide is compared with mainstream nematocide, which has the advantages of low toxicity, high safety, long effective period, and has no interaction resistance with fosthiazate, and has good application development prospect.
