摘要
[目的]建立采用高效液相色谱分离和测定27%抑霉唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分抑霉唑、嘧菌酯含量的分析方法。[方法]采用ODS-C18反相色谱柱和紫外检测器(检测波长230nm),以乙腈-水(水用磷酸调pH值为3)为流动相,对试样中的抑霉唑和嘧菌酯进行分离,外标法定量分析。[结果]抑霉唑和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9994,标准偏差分别为0.06、0.22,变异系数分别为0.48%、1.42%,平均回收率分别为100.02%、99.71%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,有效地分离了样品中的抑霉唑和嘧菌酯,而且具有高精密度和准确度,线性关系良好。
[Aims ] A method was described for separation and quantitative analysis of imazalil and azoxystrobin in imazalil·azoxystrobin 27% SC by HPLC. [Me thod] The imazalil and azoxystrobin in the samples were separated by ODS-C18 reversed phase column using the mixture of acetonitrile and water(adjusted to pH3 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase, and detected by UV detector at 230nm. The results were quantified by external standard method.[Re s ults ] The linear correlation coefficients of imazalil and azoxystrobin were 1.0000 and 0.9994, the standard deviations were 0.06 and 0.22, the coefficients of variation were 0.48 and 1.42%, the average recoveries were 100.02 and 99.71%, respectively. [Conclus ions ] This method has the advantages of convenient, good separation of imazalil and azoxystrobin, high precision and accuracy and good linear relation.
