摘要
[目的]建立QuEChERS-气相色谱质谱联用技术测定农田土壤中22种常见多氯联苯和有机氯农药残留量的方法。[方法]土壤样品采用丙酮∶正己烷(体积比1∶1)提取后,经PSA和弗罗里硅土固体填料净化,气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,外标法定量。[结果]在土壤中添加3个浓度水平的农药标准品进行回收实验,测得回收率在75.2%~119.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.3%~15.1%之间,测得22种目标物的定量限为0.05~0.10mg/kg。[结论]该方法适用于土壤中多种多氯联苯和有机氯农药残留量的快速检测。
[Aims] A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 22 kinds of common polychlorinated biphenyl and organchlorine pesticide residues in soil by QuEChERS-GC-MS. [Methods] The pesticide residues were extracted using acetone and n-hexane(1∶1), purified by PSA and the florisil, and finally detected by GC-MS, external standard method for quantitative. [ Results] Recovery was tested by addition of standards of the 22 pesticides at 3 different concentration levels, and the results of recovery were 75. 2-119. 3%. Values of RSD(n=6) for all the 22 pesticides were 4.3-15.1%. The limits of quantitation(S/N=10) were 0.05-0.10mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method is suitable for simultaneous detection of polychlorinated biphenyl and organchlorine pesticide residues in soil.
