冷饭团果实提取物与宁南霉素的复配增效试验

Experimental Study on Compound Synergism of Ningnanmycin with Fruit Extract from the Kadsura coccinea Fruit

摘要 [目的]对冷饭团果实提取物与宁南霉素进行复配增效试验研究。[方法]采用活性跟踪法对冷饭团果实活性物质进行初步分离,以烟草花叶病毒(TMV)为供试病毒,通过半叶枯斑法测定复配剂的抗TMV活性。[结果]冷饭团的石油醚萃取物、氯仿萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物对TMV均表现较好的抑制活性,并对其继续进行分离。通过对TMV抑制活性筛选,将高活性组分与宁南霉素复配,发现组分Fr8和Fr11与宁南霉素的配比为1∶4时,增效作用最佳,优于单剂。 [Aims] This paper aims to study the compound synergism of ningnanmycin with Kadsura coccinea fruit extract. [Methods] The preliminary separation of the active substance was conducted by the activity tracking method and the anti-TMV activity of mixed agent was conducted by the half-leaf method with the tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)as the test virus. [Re sults] The petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract from the K.coccinea fruit showed good inhibitory activity against TMV. Therefore, we continued to separate them. By testing the inhibitory activity against TMV and combining the components with high-activity, it was found that the components Fr8 and Fr11 have the best synergism with the mixing ratio of 1∶4, which was better than the single agent.
