10亿PIB/mL苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂防治棉铃虫和小菜蛾田间药效试验 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]明确10亿PIB/mL苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂对棉花棉铃虫和甘蓝小菜蛾的田间防效。[方法]采用邓肯氏新复极差(DMRT)法对试验数据进行统计分析。[结果]10亿PIB/mL苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂对棉铃虫的防效药后3d分别为86.48%、88.68%、89.65%和93.64%,药后7d分别为89.40%、91.42%、91.96%和93.75%,保铃效果分别为87.08%、91.06%、91.93%和93.05%。对甘蓝小菜蛾的防效药后3d分别为58.48%、67.68%、74.65%和79.64%,药后7d分别为72.40%、79.12%、83.76%和87.75%,统计分析表明:在1500g/hm2(制剂量)处理后的3、7d,试验药剂对棉铃虫和小菜蛾的防效较优于对照药剂的防效。[结论]该药剂安全性好,对棉花及甘蓝生长无不良影响,推荐使用剂量为1125~1500g/hm2,使用方法为喷雾。 [Aims] This study aims to confirm the control effect of Autograph californium multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus(AcMNPV) 1.0×109PIB/m L SC against cotton Helicoverpa armiger and cabbage Plutella xylostella. [Methods] Statistical analysis of the experimental data was carried out using Duncan’s New Repolarity(DMRT) method. [Results ] The control efficacy of A. californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus(AcMNPV) 1.0×109 PIB/mL SC against H. armiger was 86.48, 88.68, 89.65 and 93.64% after 3 days, and 89.40, 91.42, 91.96 and 93.75% after 7 days, and the effect of protecting cotton buds was 87.08, 91.06, 91.93 and 93.05% respectively. Its control effect on P. xylostella was 58.48,67.68, 74.65 and 79.64% after 3 days, and 72.40, 79.12, 83.76 and 87.75% after 7 days. Statistical analysis showed that the effect of the test agent is better than that of the control agent at 3 days and 7 days after 1500g/ha dosage treatments.[Conclusions ] Ac MNPV 1.0×109PIB/m L SC is safe and has no adverse effect on cotton and cabbage growth, and the recommended dosage is 1125-1500g/ha by using spray method.
