摘要
以FeCl3·6H2O、乙酸钠、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、2-甲基咪唑为主要原料,通过水热法合成磁性金属有机骨架材料(Fe3O4@ZIF-8),对其进行了FTIR、VSM、SEM、TEM和EDS表征。以材料作为药物载体负载四环素,以负载量作为主要评价指标,考察了振荡时间、Fe3O4@ZIF-8用量、四环素溶液pH、四环素初始质量浓度对四环素负载量的影响。结果显示:在涡旋振荡90 s、pH=9、Fe3O4@ZIF-8用量5 mg、四环素质量浓度30 mg/L条件下,四环素饱和负载量达到12.296 mg/g。重复利用实验结果表明,Fe3O4@ZIF-8材料至少可以重复利用6次。
Magnetic metal organic framework material (Fe304@ZIF-8) was prepared by hydrothermal method using FeCl3·6H2O, sodium acetate, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and 2-methylimidazole as main raw materials. The synthesized material was characterized by FTIR, VSM, SEM, TEM and EDS. Subsequently, the material was used as a drug carrier for tetracycline. The effects of shock time, dosage of Fe304@ZIF-8, pH value of tetracycline solution and initial concentration of tetracycline solution on the loading capacity of tetracycline were investigated using loading capacity of tetracycline as a main evaluation index. The results showed that the saturated loading capacity of tetracycline reached 12.296 mg/g under the conditions of vortex shock 90 s, pH=9, 5 mg Fe3O4@ZIF-8, 30 mg/L tetracycline solution. In addition, the resulting Fe3O4@ZIF-8 could be reused at least six times.
