分析了我国煤炭企业核心竞争力方面存在的问题,主要有产业集中度较低、煤炭产业整体技术水平落后、安全形势比较严峻、煤炭企业文化建设不扎实、管理机制不完善、环境污染严重。在此基础上提出了针对性的措施和建议,主要包括通过资源整合提高市场集中度来提升竞争力,通过改进或创新企业技术来提高核心竞争力,通过加强企业文化建设来提升核心竞争力,通过增强企业决策、组织及管理能力来提升竞争力,通过实现安全高效、清洁化生产来提升竞争力。

The author analyzed problems of core competitiveness of China coal enterprises,such as low industrial concentration,backward of the overall technical level,faultiness of cultural development,defective management mechanism,and heavily environmental polluted,also provided measures and suggestions for coal enterprises of improving competitiveness by enhancing industrial concentration through resources integration,enhancing and innovating technical level,strengthen cultural development,strengthen business decisions,organizational and management skills,and safe,efficient and clean production.
