Preparation and Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Modified by Amino Silicone Oil

摘要 以氨基硅油(ASO)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料,2,2-双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,水合肼为后扩链剂,制得ASO改性的水性聚氨酯Si-WPU乳液,进一步成膜处理制得Si-WPU膜。采用FTIR、接触角测量仪、TEM、TGA和纳米粒度表面电位分析仪考察了Si-WPU膜的化学结构、疏水性、胶粒形态、热性能以及Si-WPU乳液的粒径大小;探究了ASO加入量、异氰酸酯指数(R,预聚物合成过程中—NCO与活性基团的物质的量比)对Si-WPU膜力学性能和光泽度的影响。结果表明:当ASO加入量为15%(以PCL的质量为基准),R=1.6时,Si-WPU膜拉伸强度达到最大值25.9 MPa。当R=1.6时,随着ASO加入量的增加,乳液粒径从35.7 nm逐渐增大到134.3 nm;Si-WPU膜的力学性能下降,光泽度降低;残重随着ASO加入量的增加逐渐增加;Si-WPU膜与水的接触角从ASO加入量为0时的81.8?逐渐增大到ASO加入量为15%时的107.0°。 A series of amino silicone oil (ASO) modified waterborne polyurethane (Si-WPU) emulsions were prepared by using ASO, polycaprolactone glycol (PCL) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as main raw materials, 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid (DMPA), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain extender, hydrazine hydrate as post chain extender. Then, the corresponding Si-WPU films were obtained. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), contact angle measuring instrument, transmission electron microscope (TEM), thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA) and nano particle surface potential analyzer were use to characterize the chemical structure, hydrophobicity, particle morphology, thermal properties of Si-WPU films and the particle size of Si-WPU emulsions The effects of ASO amount, isocyanate index (R, the molar ratio of--NCO to active groups in the prepolymer synthesis process) on the mechanical properties and glossiness of Si-WPU films were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength of Si-WPU film reached the maximum (25.9 MPa) when the additive amount of ASO was 15% of mass of PCL and the R value was 1.6. When the R value was 1.6, with increasing additive amount of ASO, the particle size of Si-WPU emulsions increased from 35.7 nm to 134.3 nm, both mechanical properties and glossiness of Si-WPU films decreased. However, the residue weight increased. The corresponding contact angle between film and water increased gradually from 81.8° to 107.0° when the additive amount of ASO changed from 0 to 15%, indicating that the introduction of ASO enhanced the hydrophobicity of Si-WPU film.
