摘要
以古城煤矿1309工作面运输平巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,分析了复杂应力条件下软岩煤巷无支护、传统支护方式及高强预紧力锚网索支护下的巷道围岩变形情况,并对巷道高强预紧力锚网索支护系统进行优化。结果表明,无支护条件下,断层上下盘巷道距断层前后40m范围内受断层影响明显,巷道围岩变形严重;传统支护方式巷道围岩变形较大,无法实现对巷道进行有效的支护;采用高强预紧力桁架锚网索支护方式可以有效控制复杂应力场下软岩煤巷围岩变形。
Based on the geological conditions of 1309 work face in Gucheng Mine,the surrounding rock deformation of soft rock roof roadway in complex condition with the different support forms,such as without support,traditional support method and anchor net bolt support method with high strength pretension,were studied by using FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation.Moreover,the anchor net bolt support system with high strength pretension applied in coal roadway was optimized.The results showed that the surrounding rock deformation of soft rock roof roadway without support was serious and the obviously fault-affected range was40 m.When using traditional support method,the effective support cannot be achieved because of the large deformation.It can be seen that the anchor net bolt support system with high strength pretension can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of soft rock roof roadway in complex conditions.
