摘要 随着矿山井筒向深部发展,机械化凿井是建井技术的发展趋势,为了实现井筒施工时掘进、排渣、支护平行作业,进行了竖井掘进机钻井工艺及装备研究。介绍了反井钻机钻进导井、竖井掘进机扩钻成井、破碎岩渣通过导井落入下水平巷道运输等竖井掘进机钻井施工工艺,详细阐述了竖井掘进机钻井装备和辅助装备。现场调试结果表明,竖井掘进机钻井技术及装备能够满足设计与施工要求。 With mine shafts continuously extending to deep formation,mechanized shaft sinking has been the development trend of shaft building.In order to realize the parallel operation of excavation,slag discharge and support,the research on shaft sinking technology and equipment of mine shaft excavator was put forward and carried on.The shaft sinking techniques of pilot shaft drilling with raise boring machine and counterbore well completion with shaft excavator were introduced,and the fallen broken rocks through pilot shaft were transported by entry in the process,and then the drilling equipment and auxiliary equipment were elaborated.The field debugging results showed that this technology and equipment could meet the design and construction requirements.
