表面活性剂对浮选精煤脱水的助滤作用 被引量:9

摘要 针对选煤厂浮选精煤水分偏高的问题,利用实验室加压脱水装置,考查了非离子型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、阴离子型十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和阳离子型十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)这3种不同类型的表面活性剂对柳湾选煤厂浮选精煤的脱水助滤作用。研究结果表明,3种不同类型表面活性剂均有良好的助滤效果,其作用一方面降低了液体的表面张力,另一方面通过对颗粒表面氧的掩蔽改善了颗粒表面的疏水性,从而减小了过滤阻力,降低了滤饼水分。与空白试验结果相比,当药剂用量为500g/t时,CTAB可降低滤饼水分4.2%,SDBS可降低3.1%;AEO-9在用量为400g/t时可使滤饼水分降低2.8%。 Aiming at the problem of high moisture in coal flotation concentrates,the filtration-aiding effect of different surfactants including nonionic fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9),anionic sodium twelve alkylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and cationic sixteen alkyl three methyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)on dewatering process of coal flotation obtained from Liuwan Coal Preparation Plant were investigated through laboratory compression dehydration device.The experimental results showed that the three different types of surfactants had good filtration effect.On the one hand,the surface tension of the liquid was reduced.On the other hand,the hydrophobicity of the particles was improved by the mask of oxygen on the surface of the particles,thus reducing the filtration resistance and the moisture of the filter cake.Compared with the blank test result,when the dosage was500 g/t,the cake moisture can be reduced by 4.2% with CTAB and reduced by 3.1% with SDBS.AEO-9 can decrease the cake moisture by 2.8% at the dosage of 400 g/t.
