王楼煤矿无尘化矿井建设实践

Practice of dustless mine construction of Wanglou Coal Mine

针对采、掘工作面生产过程中粉尘防治效果差的问题,通过分析工作中存在的问题,开展了以强化职工培训和管理、推广应用先进技术和装备、加强粉尘检测等工作为主的无尘化矿井建设活动。通过实践,矿井粉尘防治工作取得重大进展,经现场测定,采、掘工作面一次尘源分别降低了29.77%和22.84%,回风巷粉尘浓度分别降低了68.48%和70.18%,一线工作环境明显改善,保障了广大职工的身体健康。

Aiming at the bad efficiency of dust prevention and control at mining and heading faces during production,through analysis of the existing problems,the dustless mine construction activities were carried out,including enhancing the training and management of workers and staff,popularizing and applying advanced technologies and equipment,strengthening the dust detection.Though practice,the mine dust prevention and control work had achieved great progress,and field measurement showed that the primary dust sources were respectively reduced by 29.77% and 22.84%,and the dust concentrations of return air roadway were reduced by 68.48%and 70.18% during production of mining and heading faces.The frontline working environment was improved significantly,ensuring workers＇ health.
