积极学习品质是儿童高质量学习和持续健康发展的重要保障。我国幼儿教育在学习品质培养方面存在着重内容轻品质、重形式轻实质、重死记硬背轻思考理解、被动学习等九个问题。急需采取树立"学习品质培养优先"的新理念,明确提出学习品质培养的教学目标;积极推进儿童积极学习品质培养研究,以行动研究引领儿童学习品质培养方面的改革;实施"积极情绪教学",激发儿童学习过程之中的情绪动力;实施"少讲多学"策略,激发儿童的主动学习;实施"智慧教学",激发思考与理解,增进儿童智慧;实施"浪漫教学",激发儿童的想象力与创造力;实施"丰富教学",创造一百种儿童的可能世界;敢于"信任儿童""使用儿童",让儿童在实践中锻炼成长;构建培养儿童积极学习品质的教育共同体等措施加以改进。

The positive learning quality plays an important role in the high quality of children＇s learning and their sustainable development,which mainly includes children＇s curiosity and exploration,interest and love,thinking and understanding,concentration and persistence,imagination and creation,wisdom,reflection and interpretation,etc. There are nine problems in the cultivation of children＇s learning quality in China,such as content-oriented learning,rote memorizing,and passive learning,etc. ＂Learning quality cultivation coming first＂as a new educational concept mainly focuses on some ideas as followings： one,to make a clear teaching goal of learning quality cultivation; two,to actively promote children＇s positive learning quality cultivation; three,to take action research to lead the reform of children＇s learning quality cultivation; four,implement＂positive emotion teaching＂to stimulate the emotional power of children＇s learning; five,to implement the strategy of ＂talk less and learn more＂and to stimulate the active learning of children＇s; six,to implement ＂intelligent teaching＂; seven,to stimulate children＇s thinking and understanding to improve their wisdom; eight,to implement＂romantic teaching＂; nine,to inspire children＇s imagination and creativity; ten,to implement ＂enriching teaching＂and to create a possible world; eleven,to＂trust children＂and let them develop in practice; twelve,to construct the education community to improve their positive learning quality.
