摘要
试验旨在探讨松籽对蛋鸡的血清生化指标和免疫性能的影响。试验选用360只48周龄蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。试验1、2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中均匀添加0、1%、2%、3%的松籽,试验6周。结果表明:2%松籽添加水平能显著降低血清血脂的含量(P<0.05),同时也能显著提高免疫蛋白的含量(P<0.05)。试验组血清细胞因子干扰素-γ和白介素-2的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组血清的H5型禽流感、H9型禽流感病毒和新城疫病毒抗体滴度相对于对照组也得到一定程度的提高。从以上结果可以看出,饲粮中添加松籽可以改善蛋鸡的健康水平和提高蛋鸡的免疫力。
The test was conducted to evaluate the effects of pine nut on serum biochemical parametersand immunity performance of laying hens. 360 laying hens with 48-week-old were randomly assignedto 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 30 chickens per replicate. Group 1, 2, 3, and 4 wereadd 0, 1%, 2%, 3% pine nut in the basal diet respectively, and fed for 6 weeks. The results showed that2%-pine nut-diet could significantly decrease the level of serum lipids and increase immunoproteins(P〈0.05). The levels of serum cytokines IL-2, IFN-γ in the experimental group were significantly(P〈0.05)higher than those in the control group. Test group serum H5 bird flu, H9 bird flu and Newcastle diseasevirus antibody titers were higher than control group. It can be seen from the above results that addingpine nuts into the diet can improve the health and enhance the immunity performance of laying hens.
