河北省雾霾污染的空间分布及其影响因素的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Spatial Distribution of Haze Pollution and Its Influence Factors in Hebei Province

基于河北省11个地级市2000—2012年的PM2.5数据,研究发现雾霾污染具有显著的正空间相关性,并呈现出高浓度值与高浓度值聚集、低浓度值与低浓度值聚集的空间分布特征。选取两种空间权重矩阵,通过构建空间杜宾模型,研究发现:河北省雾霾污染具有明显的空间溢出效应,并具有一定的连续性和"警示效应";河北省的产业结构和城镇化水平对雾霾污染具有正效应关系;实际人均GDP、外商直接投资、对外贸易依存度、公路里程等变量均对河北省雾霾污染具有不同程度的效应影响。

Based on the PM2.5 data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei province from 2000 to 2012,it is found that haze pollution had a significant positive spatial correlation, and presented the spatial distribution characteristics of high-high and low-low agglomeration.Two the spatial weight matrices are selected to construct the spatial Durbin model,it is found that the haze pollution in Hebei province had obvious spatial spillover effect, had certain continuity and ＂warning effect＂; the industrial structure and urbanization level of Hebei province had positive effect on haze pollution;the real GDP per capita,FDI,dependence on foreign trade,road mileage and other variables had different effects on haze pollution in Hebei province.
