摘要
中密度纤维板有多个外观特征,特别是表面板边缺损、油污斑点、划痕等,是决定外观质量的主要因素。本研究将综合考虑主要表面缺陷板边缺损、油污斑点和划痕,同时,评估多个外观特征,建立多源信息融合的数学模型和外观质量综合量化评价方法。本软件是基于MATLAB软件开发的可识别中密度纤维板外观缺损及裂缝的检测算法,通过阈值分割、数学形态学处理,特征提取及缺陷分类对中密度纤维板的外观缺陷进行自动检测。
MDF has multiple appearance features, especially surface edge defects, oil stains and scratches, which are the main factors to determine the appearance quality. This study will take into account the main surface defects, edge defects, oil stains and scratches, meanwhile, evaluating multiple appearance features, establishing a mathematical model of multi-source information fusion and a comprehensive quantitative evaluation method for appearance quality. This software is based on the MATLAB software to identify the appearance defect and crack detection algorithm of MDF, and automatically detect the appearance defects of MDF through threshold segmentation, mathematical morphology processing, feature extraction and defect classification.
