结构用锯材表面质量优选设备的设计 被引量:3

The design of the surface quality optimization equipment for structural lumber

摘要 为实现结构用锯材的快速无损分级,采用目测分级的方法设计了一套优选设备。该优选设备主要由输送、输出装置,图像采集装置和图像分析系统组成。通过变频器控制输入输出辊台中两个电机的转速和转向,实现两个辊台同步传动,利用编码器发出触发信号来控制上下两个线阵相机对锯材进行双面采图,得到锯材正反两面的图像,再由图像分析系统对所采集图像进行分析,实现结构用锯材表面缺陷的双面检测。利用该设备对锯材表面的节子数量进行检测,试验结果表明,该优选设备易于操作、运行平稳、工作效率高,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 In order to realize the rapid and non-destructive classification of the structural lumber, a set of preferred equipment was designed by using the method of visual classification. The detection device is mainly composed of inputoutput device, image acquisition device and image analysis system. The synchronous drive of the two roller tables are realized by controlling the speed and the steering of the two motors by the frequency converter. Then the trigger signal is sent out by the encoder to control the two line array cameras to collect both upper and lower images. Finally, the image analysis system analyzes the collected images, and realizes double-side detection of sawn timber defects. The number of timber surface knot was tested by using this equipment. Results show that the device is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and has high efficiency, so it has broad application prospects.
