摘要
上海市第一人民医院改扩建工程应用逆作法进行新建项目地下工程施工,采用双排钻孔灌注桩、静压锚杆桩等专项加固改造技术对周边历史保留建筑和地下管线进行保护,同时应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术进行施工模拟,优化地下工程施工方案,保障建设期医院正常运营,成功实现了历史保留建筑与新建建筑的有机融合,安全、高效、环保地完成了城市中心区医院建筑的改扩建工程。
The top-down method in the construction project of Shanghai First People's Hospital is applied to underground engineering construction in new building; double-row bored piles,static pressure pile anchor technology and other special reinforcement and reconstruction technology are used to protect surrounding historical buildings and underground pipelines,meanwhile,building information modeling( BIM) technology is used for construction simulation and optimization of underground engineering construction plan,to ensure the normal operation of hospital during construction stage. The organic integration between history retained architecture and new buildings is done to obtain security,efficiency and environmental protection during reconstruction and expansion of hospital in city center area.
