Guided Installation Technology of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Column of Cup-foundation

以江苏省某机场项目为例,介绍了空间大跨度工程及高层建筑杯口基础钢管混凝土柱安装时采用的新工艺——导向式安装技术,并归纳总结了该工艺详细的操作流程、控制参数及应该注意的问题,包括导向式定位器设计及安装、定位锚栓安装施工、钢管柱安装等。

Taking an airport project in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces a new technology—guided installation technology which are used in the installation of concrete filled steel tubular column for cup-foundation of spatial large-span engineering and tall buildings. The operation flow,control parameters and the problems which should be paid attention are summarized in the paper,including design and installation of guided positioner,anchor bolt installation,steel tubular column installation and so on.
