存储稳定的SBS复合改性沥青混合料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 添加有机蒙脱土、硫磺、炭黑3种添加剂对SBS改性沥青复合改性,通过沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性能试验分析3种添加剂对SBS改性沥青混合料性能影响。结果表明:3种添加剂能有效解决SBS改性沥青存储稳定性问题,有机蒙脱土对混合料高温稳定性和水稳定性提高显著,动稳定度是普通SBS改性沥青混合料的2.4倍;硫磺在较低用量下就能提高混合料抗车辙和低温抗开裂效果;而炭黑降低了混合料抗低温开裂和抗水损能力。 Three kinds of additives including organic montmorillonite,sulfur and carbon black are added on SBS modified asphalt for composite modification. By tests on high temperature stability,the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability,this paper analyzes the influence of this three kinds of additives on the SBS modified asphalt's performance. The results show that all three kinds of additives can solve SBS modified asphalt 's separation problem effectively. The organic montmorillonite can increase mixture performance significantly of high temperature stability and water stability side,and dynamic stability is 2. 4 times more than that of general SBS modified asphalt mixture. And sulfur at low dosage can improve asphalt mixture ability of rutting resistance and low temperature cracking resistance.Meanwhile the carbon black decreases asphalt mixtures ' low temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance ability.
