摘要 以西固黄河大桥钢-混结合梁斜拉桥为研究背景,介绍了结合梁中跨合龙施工技术,并对合龙状态影响因素进行敏感性分析。西固黄河大桥主梁总体上采用对称悬拼施工工艺,中跨合龙时综合考虑温度、工艺与顶推力等因素,采用了顶推辅助的配切合龙方案。结果分析表明,索力调整与运梁小车能有效进行主梁高程调整,临时锚固的拆除对全桥索力、线形的影响量较小。 Taking the steel-concrete composite beam cable stayed bridge of Xigu Yellow River Bridge for example,the midspan closure construction is introduced,as well as the sensitivity analysis of influence factors to closure state. The main beam of Xigu Yellow River Bridge applies symmetrical suspension construction,and the temperature,technique and jacking force should be considered comprehensively during midspan closure. The scheme of cutting and closing with the help of jacking is applied. The results show that the cable force adjustment and beam transporting trolley can effectively adjust main beam elevation,and the dismantling of temporary anchorage has less influence on the cable force and line shape of the whole bridge.
