从人才培养“三问题”浅谈习近平新时代青年观

A Discussion on Xi Jinping's Concept of Youth in the New Era from the Perspective of “Three Problems” on Personnel Training

青年是国家的希望,是党的事业的生力军、后备队。一直以来,习近平总书记就新时期青年成长成才和青年培养工作多次作出重要指示,形成了具有时代特色、立意深远的习近平新时代青年观。从问题视角初探习近平新时代青年观,大致回答了三个问题:为谁培养人?培养成什么样的人?如何培养人?简要概述为,要为党和国家事业培养后备人才;要勤学、修德、明辨、笃实的人;培养青年要发挥组织的力量,做好组织育人、实践育人等工作,服务青年,凝聚青年,发挥青年的生力军作用。

Youth is the hope of the country, a vital force in the party＇s cause and a reserve team. For a long time, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly made important instructions on the development and the training of young people in the new era, and has formed a new era youth concept with the characteristics of the times and far-reaching significance. From a problem perspective to explore Xi Jinping new era of youth, generally answered three questions： Who do you cultivate people for ？ What kind of people do you cultivate ？ How do you cultivate people ？ It is briefly outlined as： to cultivate reserve talents for the party and state undertakings, to be diligent, to practice virtue, to discern and to probity, to cultivate the youth to exert the power of organization, to organize and cultivate people, to serve the youth, to unite the youth and to exert the force of youth.
