“探究合作导学”型中小学英语教师教学培养策略初探 被引量:1

摘要 现今中小学英语教学现状已经严重满足不了当代时代发展的步伐,中小学英语教学改革势在必行。传授学生英语知识不如传授学生学习技能。自主探究、团结合作是学生成才的必备素质,引导学生学习是教师改变教学思路的关键。因此,当代中小学英语教师必须具备自主探究、团结合作和引导学习的能力。本文以《英语教学法教程》课程为依托,初步探讨培养"探究合作导学"型中小学英语教师的一些策略:歌曲改编、编写顺口溜、导入设计。研究表明,学生比较认可这种教师培养模式。但是,今后课题组要加强理论构建和高中英语教师培养策略的研究。 The current situation of English teaching in primary and middle schools has not met the development pace of the contemporary era, and the reform of English teaching in primary and secondary schools is imperative. It is better to teach students English learning skills instead of English knowledge. Self-exploration and unity cooperation are the essential qualities of students. Guiding students' learning is the key to teachers' changing teaching ideas. Therefore, the English teachers of contemporary and primary schools must have the ability to explore, unite and guide their learning. Based on the curriculum as the hacking, English teaching methodology course preliminarily training "inquiry learning" model of primary and secondary school English teachers some strategies: adaptation of songs, writing tongue twisters and the leading-in design. It has shown that students are more recognized this teacher training mode. However, the future research should strengthen theoretical construction and the research on the training strategies of English teachers in senior middle school.
