农村创业助推乡村振兴的模式选择及其实现机制

The Mode Selection and Realization Mechanism of Rural Entrepreneurship to Promote Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是新时代中国特色"三农"发展战略体系的重要组成部分。实践中涌现出了合作社领办型、创业平台助推型、美丽乡村引领型、龙头企业带动型、乡贤返乡兴业型等五种助推乡村振兴的典型农村创业模式,各种模式具有不同的内涵特征和结构要素,政策要素、平台要素、产业培育要素、资金要素和人才要素等因素相互作用,决定了农村创业的形成过程及其成效,进而推动了当地乡村振兴的实现。从乡村振兴战略视角,充分考虑农村创业情境、经验和形成机制,才能制定出与时俱进的"三农"政策体系。

The rural revitalization strategy is an important part of the system of development strategy with Chinese characteristic ＂agriculture,rural areas, farmers＂ in the new era. In practice, there are five typical models of rural entrepreneurship： the cooperatives leading model,the entrepreneurial platform as boosting model,the beautiful countryside as guiding model and the leading enterprises as mobilizing model, and the elites return to hometown as the revitalizing model. Different models have different connotative features and structural elements. The interaction factors such aspolicy, platform, industrial cultivation, capital and human resources, determines the formation process of rural entrepreneurship and its effectiveness. And then promotes the realization of the local rural revitalization. It will be beneficial to initiate the policy system of ＂agriculture, rural areas, farmers＂, considering the situation,experience and formation mechanism of the rural entrepreneurshipfrom the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.
