中美高等教育慕课(MOOC)发展的国际化审思

A Reflection on the Development of MOOCs in China and America from the Perspective of Higher Educational Internationalization

慕课(MOOC)的崛起满足了高等教育国际化的需求,对实现教育公平、资源共建共享具有积极的作用,是"互联网+"时代的学习革命。通过综述中美慕课(MOOC)的缘起与发展,从资本市场、课程拓展、管理机制、非传统安全四个方面分析了影响其可持续发展的问题,同时结合我国正处于市场经济转型期的实际,提出了高等教育慕课(MOOC)在国际化改革进程中要建立市场化运作机制,加强"全人教育",完善监督评估体系,构建国际化的中国高等教育慕课(MOOC)发展策略。

The rise of MOOCs supports higher education internationalization,and plays a positive role in achieving education justice,educational resources construction and sharing,named as an ＂Internet ＋ ＂Learning Revolution. The paper illustrates MOOC’s development and current situations in both America and China,and analyzes four problems that may hinder MOOC’s sustainable development respectively on capital market,higher education courses development,administration system,non-traditional security. Thereby some reference strategies to establish marketization,strengthen holistic education,perfect supervision system,and construct China MOOC are proposed for today’s China globalized higher educational reform.
