摘要
目的针对基于传统共面针的平面布源难以避开骨骼以及重要组织器官的局限性,研发了新型的面向体部肿瘤的近距离粒子植入剂量规划系统(BTPS)。方法提出了基于空间针的改进模拟退火自动布源算法-模拟退火算法(SA)、剂量评估和剂量体积直方图(DVH)评估的混合使用。结果结合临床病例对BTPS系统进行了仿真剂量规划验证,以及与商用三维放射治疗计划系统进行了剂量对比实验。仿真规划结果与临床实际一致,平均剂量规划时间缩短到了6 min;剂量对比实验结果验证了算法的安全性与准确性,满足临床要求。结论 BTPS达到了临床要求,能帮助医师精确、快速、有效地完成术前剂量规划。
Objective To develop a novel brachytherapy particle implantation dose planning system for body tumors(BTPS), overcome the limitations of plane source distribution based on traditional coplanar in avoiding bones, important tissues and organs. Methods An improved simulated annealing algorithm(SA)based on spatial needle was proposed, which was a combination tool of simulated annealing algorithm(SA),dose assessment and dose-volume histogram(DVH). Results Combined with the clinical cases, the BTPS was verified with dose simulation, and dose comparison experiment with commercial radiotherapy treatment planning system. The simulation results were in agreement with the clinical practice, the average time spent for dose planning was shortened to 6 minutes, and the safety and accuracy of the algorithm met the clinical requirements. Conclusion The BTPS meets the clinical requirements, it can help medical physicist accurately, rapidly and effectively complete the preoperative dose planning.
