摘要
本文运用1991~2014年我国五大类矿种及不同省区矿产资源产业链的面板数据,在对产业链技术效率进行综合测评的基础上,采用Kernel密度估计方法和模型对矿产资源产业链技术效率的动态发展演变特征进行了分析。研究结果表明:我国不同省区及不同矿种资源产业链技术效率的Kernel密度分布呈现出差异化的发展演变特征,标志着我国不同类型矿产资源产业链技术效率向着不同方向发展态势演进;20多年来我国矿产资源产业链技术效率实现了不同程度的提高,但增长速度比较缓慢;充分发挥后续产业的倒逼机制,强化产业链由要素驱动向创新驱动转变,是实现矿产资源产业链技术效率快速提升的现实路径。
Using the panel data from 1991 to 2014 of the five kinds minerals and provinces mineral resources industry chains, based on the measuring of technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains, used the Kernel density estimation model to analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics of technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains. The results showed that the technology efficiency Kernel density both provinces and different types mineral resources industry chains presented differentiation distribution of development and evolution characteristics, showing the technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains trend to different directions~ the technology efficiency of the mineral resources industry chains have achieved varying degrees increase for more than 20 years, but the increasing pace slowly~ making full use of the following industry technological progress anti-driving mechanism, strengthening the driven conversion by factors to innovation of mineral resources industry chains development,which is a realistic path of the technology efficiency increase rapidly of mineral resources industry chains.
