柴桂温胆定志汤治疗外伤性癫痫临床疗效

Clinical Observation on Curative Effect of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Prescription for Patients with Traumatic Epilepsy

目的：观察和探讨柴桂温胆定志汤治疗外伤性癫痫患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年9月—2015年9月在医院接受治疗的外伤性癫痫患者62例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。其中,对照组患者采用西药丙戊酸钠片（德巴金）治疗,观察组患者西药治疗的基础上加用柴桂温胆定志汤进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床症状以及脑电图的改变,评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果：（1）观察组治疗总有效率为96.8%;对照组治疗的总有效率为77.4%,两组患者的治疗效果比较有统计意义（P〈0.05）,治疗期间,观察组不良反应率为6.45%,也显著低于对照组的29.03%（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组患者的脑电图积分、中医症候积分、实验室指标的改善水平也显著优于对照组,P〈0.05;（3）治疗后随访1年,观察组患者的癫痫发作次数、每次癫痫发作持续时间也均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用柴桂温胆定志汤治疗外伤性癫痫患者,临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗、用药更为安全,值得临床推广、应用。

Objective：To observe and discuss the clinical effect of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Prescription in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy patients. Methods：Sixty-two cases of traumatic epilepsy patients who received treatment in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group. Among them,the control group was treated with Western Medicine（Sodium Valproate Tablets） treatment. The observation group was treated with Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Prescription and Western Medicine. We observed two groups＇ clinical symptoms and EEG changes to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results：（1）The total efficiency of the observation group was 96. 8%. The control group＇s total effective rate of treatment was 77. 4%.The curative effects of two groups had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. During the treatment,adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 6. 45%,significantly lower than the control group＇s 29. 03%（P〈0. 05）.（2） The observation group＇s EEG scores,symptom scores and laboratory index levels of improvement were significantly better than those of the control group,P〈0. 05.（3） After followed up for 1 year after treatment,the observation group＇s seizures and each seizure duration were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of the treatment of traumatic epilepsy is better than the simple western medicine treatment. The drug use is more safe and it is worthy of clinical application.
