实现地方普通本科高校转型发展,要改变高等教育体系原有的路径依赖,选择和确定新的发展路径。新的路径应该是,将办学定位作为高校转型发展的前提条件;在部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的过程中,由外延式发展转向内涵式发展;致力于促进人的全面发展,是高校转型发展的根本要求和最终目标。

To realize the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,it is necessary to change the original development way of the higher education system and select the new one,which should be the school running orientation as a precondition for the transformation and development of universities. In the process of transformation from local universities to applied ones,the epitaxy development should be transferred to connotative one. To promote the all-round development of people is the fundamental requirement and ultimate goal of the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
