脑外伤患者血清中MIP-1α含量及其与病情的相关关系

Monitoring of serum macrophage inflammatory protein content in patients with traumatic brain injury and its correlation with severity of the disease

摘要 目的探讨脑外伤患者血清中巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)含量的监测及其与病情的相关关系。方法选取2014年9月-2016年12月在本院进行治疗的脑外伤患者128例,根据头颅核磁共振检查结果将其分为轻度脑外伤组81例、中重度脑外伤组47例,同期在本院进行体检的健康志愿者50例作为对照组。检测3组研究对象血清中MIP-1α、神经保护因子、神经损伤因子含量的差异,采用Pearson检验评估脑外伤患者血清中MIP-1α含量与脑功能的相关关系。结果轻度脑外伤组、中重度脑外伤组血清中MIP-1α的含量高于对照组,神经保护因子脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)的含量低于对照组,神经损伤因子神经损伤因子包括氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、S100B蛋白(S100B)、碱性髓鞘蛋白(MBP)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量高于对照组,且中重度脑外伤组血清中上述因子含量的改变程度高于轻度脑外伤组(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,脑外伤患者血清中MIP-1α的含量与神经保护因子、神经损伤因子的含量存在相关性。结论脑外伤患者血清MIP-1α含量增加,且其具体含量与脑损伤程度直接相关。 Objective To monitor the serum macrophage inflammatory protein(MIP-1α) in patients with traumatic brain injury and its correlation with severity of the disease. Methods A total of 128 cases of brain trauma in our hospital were divided into mild traumatic brain injury group(n = 81) and moderate and severe traumatic brain injury group(n = 47) according to cranial magnetic resonance examination results; 50 cases of healthy volunteers were chosen as the control group. Serum contents of MIP-1α,nerve protection factors and nerve injury factors in three groups were examined. Pearson test was used to assess the correlation between MIP-1α and brain function in brain trauma patients. Results Serum contents of MIP-1α in mild traumatic brain injury group,moderate and severe traumatic brain injury group was higher than that in normal control group,neuroprotective factors such as BDNF and NGF were lower than those in the control group; nerve injury factors such as NT-pro BNP,S100 B,MBP,GFAP,NSE were higher than those in the control group; the changing degree of above indicators in moderate and severe traumatic brain injury group were larger than those in mild traumatic brain injury group(P 〈 0. 05). Pearson test showed that serum content of MIP-1α in brain trauma patients was directly related to the contents of nerve protection factors and nerve injury factors. Conclusion Serum content of MIP-1α increases in brain trauma patients,and its specific content directly relates to the degree of brain injury.
